You can be an important part of our 38th annual Crab and Pasta Feed
hosted by The Russian River Rotary Club.
This year we return to the Friedman Center for a live event with about 350 guests who will be reminded of your generosity to the community via all our event's activities!
Our traditional "King Crab Sponsorship" is still $1,250.00
It includes:
- 8 dinner tickets (at a private table of your guests)
- Delicious wine/champagne and desserts
- Front area seating at the event
- Your business listed on all promotional materials
- Your business logo on PowerPoint presentation
- Your business logo with link to your website on our crab feed website
- Your business logo in-between silent auction items in our catalog
- Prominent signage at the event
- Regular shout-outs from the stage & slide shows to "Support 'Your Business Name'”
As you know, with a live event, seating is limited – and – after our wildly successful 2024 event, our supporters are clamoring for 2025 tickets already - so we expect that we will sell out fast!
To avoid disappointment, be sure to buy your sponsorship(s) ASAP!
IF you don't yet have the name(s), cell phone or email addresses of your guests, feel free to email your list to RR Rotary Secretary Penny Bolger (penny@thebolgers.org) as soon as you have it. (This will save check-in time/confusion for everyone.)
