LET'S WRAP OUR HEARTS AND HANDS AROUND 2026!
WELCOME BACK to the Russian River Rotary Annual Crab and Pasta Feed and Auction. This year's theme is "Happy 95th Birthday to Russian River Rotary" and we will be celebrating memories and memorabilia of all of our beautiful West County.
As you know, we use the proceeds from this, our biggest fundraiser of the year, to provide scholarships (for college and trade school) for our West County graduating seniors (which helps build strong and responsible adults who then give back to our community.) We have also funded over 20 non-profits in the lower Russian River area including the Senior Center, homeless services, the Dolly Parton Reading Library program for children aged 0 to 5 years old, and other pre-school and school programs for kids.
We fund and produce a free-to-the-public local FIXIT Fair as well as the "Rockin' The River" concert series.
International Projects include building a school Escuelita Frida in rural Mexico, contributing to providing emergency generators and first aid kits in Ukraine, and digging wells in Zimbabwe. We are the oldest club in Sonoma County (over 95 years old now!) and our services have been need to much more lately because of fire, floods, war, and Covid-19. Although our fundraisers have been curtailed by these same disasters, we remain Committed, Steadfast and Strong!
Can we count on you to donate an item to be used in our silent or live auction? (We are looking for trips, event tickets, activities, gift items, wine & other beverages, food/restaurant ventures, decor, aesthetic treatments, and any other nice items that you might have access to.) Mike McGuire will again be our amazing auctioneer.
This year's fundraiser will be held January 24, 2025, at the Friedman Center in Santa Rosa. Over 350 people will be viewing your donated item(s). We will also highlight your company logo and/or other info about you as part of the item presentation. We are a 501(c)3 so your donation is tax deductible.
