This year we return to the Friedman Center for a live event with about 350 guests who will be reminded of your generosity to the community via all of our event's activities!
Our traditional "King Crab Sponsorship" is only $1500 and includes:
- 8 dinner tickets (let us know if you'd like to add up to 2 more to your table)
- Delicious wine/champagne and desserts
- Front area seating at the event
- Your business listed on all promotional materials
- Your business logo on Powerpoint presentations
- Your business logo with link to your website on our crab feed website
- Your business logo in-between silent auction items in our catalog
- Prominent signage at the event
- Recognition of your generosity on our Facebook page
- Regular shout-outs from the stage and slide shows to Support "Your Business Name"
As you know, with a live event, seating is limited - and - after our wildly successful 2025 event, our supporters are clamoring for 2026 tickets already. So - we expect that we will, again, sell out fast.
To avoid disappointment, be sure to buy your sponsorship(s) ASAP!
AVOID THE LONG CHECK-IN LINE:
To make your own check-in Quick and Easy (less than 1 minute to pick up your BID# and get in to start the party!), be sure the check "I authorize Russian River Rotary to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event 2026 Crab Feed" statement in the box below.
IF you don't yet have the name(s), cell phone or email addresses of your guest(s), feel free to email your list to RR Rotary Secretary Penny Bolger (penny@thebolgers.ORG) as soon as you have it. This will save check-in time confusion for everyone.
