Order your crab dinners for 2 - or - sponsor a "table" for 8 of your friends & colleagues so that you can enjoy our delicious traditional crab with all the fixins' while you participate in our Live Auction and Show.  These orders must be placed by Saturday January 23 so that our fabulous caterers will have time to catch, cook, and crack your crab and prepare & package everything that goes with it in time for our Live Auction Show (Jan. 30).

RUSSIAN RIVER ROTARY TRADITIONAL CRAB DINNER FOR 2 includes: 

  • 2 whole Dungeness crabs (cooked, cracked & chilled), pasta with pesto & marinara sauce & parmesan cheese, fresh garden salad with dressing, rolls & butter and dessert all packed up in nice insulated & reusable grocery totes.
  • A link for you to enjoy our live auction & show & participate in our Silent Auction
  • You must PICK UP your meal(s) at the Rotary Tables in the parking lot of the Luther Burbank Center ON SATURDAY JANUARY 30 BETWEEN 1 PM AND 4 PM (in plenty of time to enjoy your dinner during the virtual show!)  Pick-up time choice, reminder, & instructions will be texted/emailed to you.

You can also PREORDER BOTTLES OF red or white WINE (to be picked up at the LBC with your crab dinners.)  As in previous years, we will choose for you from what was donated by our fabulous supporting vineyards.   

SPONSORED “TABLE” FOR 8 includes: 

  • Russian River Rotary Traditional Crab Dinners for 8 people (packaged in 4 dinners for 2) each including:  2 whole Dungeness crabs (cooked, cracked & chilled), pasta with pesto & marinara sauce & parmesan cheese, fresh garden salad with dressing, rolls & butter and special dessert.
  • 2 bottles of our best wines (for you to enjoy during our show, or whenever!)
  • A link for you to enjoy our live auction & show & participate in our Silent Auction (& links sent to your guests IF you give us their info.)
  • Delivery to your Sonoma County address (only) by an honest-to-goodness Russian River Rotarian.(You must be over 21 years old and available at your specified address on Saturday January 30 in order to receive your delivery.  (We will contact you ahead of time to arrange an approximate time between 1 pm and 4 pm.)
  • A $500.00 sponsorship package which includes:
    • advertisement of your business or organization’s Logo which can be “clicked through” to your website on our “Stayin’ Strong & Crabbin’ Along” display boards (visible to potential clients for the whole time that our website is “live”),
    • inclusion of your Logo on our rolling sponsor bar (again visible to potential clients for the whole time that our website is “live”),
    • display of your Logo in-between our silent auction packages (visible to our potential auction bidders for the week that the auction is online), and
    • Shout-outs and Thankyous from our MC’s and Rotarians during the live show on Saturday, January 30 (which should also be viewable - after the fact – on FaceBook or YouTube.)
